Outdoor maternity sessions are a beautiful way to capture your growing baby bump amongst the gorgeous Okanagan landscapes. With locations ranging from blossoming orchards to golden fields and scenic lakeshores, we will find the perfect location for your session. All outdoor sessions are held at sunset, when the light is soft and warm, creating a magical and dreamy atmosphere. Clients also have access to a client closet, stocked with a variety of maternity gowns and accessories, ensuring that they look and feel their best during the session.

Congratulations mama! Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, capturing the precious moments of your newborn is a must. Your baby is only a newborn for 4 short weeks, and the snuggles, sleepless nights, and tiny outfits will go by faster than you want.
As a photographer specializing in baby's first year, and family portraits, I understand the importance of preserving these fleeting moments. My newborn prep guide will ensure a successful session that results in the sweetest photos. I'll guide you every step of the way, from selecting outfits from my client closet to arranging for hair and makeup (if you'd like). During your session, I'll take care of all the hard work so that you can relax and take a break from the newborn chaos.
Your session will take place in my Peachland Studio. I'll provide all the props and accessories, but if you have any special items you'd like to include, feel free to bring them along.
As part of my baby plan membership, you'll have access to exclusive benefits and discounts on all of my newborn photography services. This includes priority booking and guaranteed availability for your newborn session, as well as a complimentary petite milestone session.

Get ready to personalize your session—your proposal will include your invoice, contract and a secure booking link to choose your date and time.
Studio sessions are typically scheduled at 10 am and outdoor sessions schedule 1-1 ½ hours before sunset. Consider meeting one of my trusted hair and makeup artists before the session for a flawless look and feel. Your comfort is paramount; hence, explore my extensive client closet, offering a curated selection of dresses that accentuate your style and tell your unique story.

During our pre-session style consultation I'll ease any nerves, and assure you that I'll handle all the details during your session. We'll dive into discussing outfit options, session specifics, what to bring, and product options. We will design your session around how you envision using and displaying your images. This consultation is a supportive space to ensure every element aligns with your expectations, making your photography experience seamless and unforgettable. Consider indulging in hair and makeup services for an extra touch of self-pampering—you've earned it, and you deserve to feel and look your absolute best.
4. the big day is here
Today is the day we capture your glow! If you opt for hair and makeup, we'll begin there, delving into outfit choices and exploring your items along with the client closet. From studio to enchanting outdoor locations, we'll seamlessly transition into a uniquely tailored session filled with laughter and unforgettable moments. Whether you choose the studio or a scenic location, the entire process, approximately an hour, promises a joyful exploration for you, your partner, and your family. Throughout, I'll guide you with professional prompts and encouragement, ensuring a stress-free and memorable experience.
5. the image reveal
Around two weeks following your session, you’ll join me on Zoom to revel in your images and make your selections. Choose from albums, wall art, and digitals. Your $500 artwork deposit transforms into a credit during your reveal and is applied to your final purchase. All products ordered include a bonus corresponding digital file. Once your order is finalized, I'll edit your images and order selected products.

Pricing details
To reserve your session, it’s only a $800 non-refundable retainer. The $500 is also used as a credit towards your chosen digital photographs and artwork.
